Artwork/Production Questions

What type of artwork file is needed?
High resolution (at least 300 ppi) artwork is required. AI or EPS Vector files are the best option to ensure your artwork prints at the highest possible quality.

Don’t have a vector file? Our Graphic Design team is happy to vectorize logos and artwork at an extra charge.

I'm in a rush, can you print this quickly?
Our Branding Specialists are happy to discuss deadlines with you to accommodate rush dates to the best of our ability. Rushes are not always guaranteed. Production times will vary between orders.
What is your minimum?

For Screen Print:

1-3 colors per location- 12 pieces

4-6 colors per location- 72 pieces

7+ colors per location- 144 pieces

For Embroidery: 12 pieces

Ink color looks slightly different than what it looked like on the computer screen proof

Colors will always vary slightly between the computer screen and ink. Therefore we do our best to match to the closest color possible.

If you have a preferred PMS or Ink color you would like us to use, please let us know!

Can I get screen printing and embroidery done on the same garments?

Absolutely! Keep in mind, this will lengthen production time as it goes through two seperate departments.

How do I place an order?
Fill out our Contact Form and one of our Branding Specialists will contact you soon! We also welcome you to call anytime during our business hours at (603) 436-4700 and we will connect you to a Branding Specialist from there.
How much does it cost?
Order costs have many variables between the artwork, garments and print locations. Please speak with one of our Branding Specialists to get an exact quote based on your needs and budget.
What is a setup charge?
Is it possible to pick up my order when it's completed?
Sure can! We are pleased to offer local pickup at our office to avoid shipping costs. Orders are available for pickup Monday thru Friday between 8:30am – 5:00pm.
I have a specific brand I prefer, can I use that for my order?
Absolutely! We do our best to ensure that our customers receive the garments and brands they are most comfortable and familiar with. If you would like to use a specific brand, please let your Branding Specialist know!

Incredible customer service! We placed an order for some hats and unfortunately, a few snow storms caused a shipping delay. Because of the delay they sent our order “next day early AM”. Morning came and went and UPS ended up losing our package. Rocky Coast knew we had a drop dead date for our event and through multiple phone calls with UPS, located our package and drove it over an hour to our event.
